Meet The Founder

B’Ivory LaMarr is the managing attorney and founder of the firm.

The legal services of B’Ivory LaMarr, remain in high-demand. Attorney LaMarr has been retained on several high-profile, national and international cases, where he has been featured and regularly quoted on CNN, HLN, Yahoo, NBC Nightly News, FOX, Telemundo, and multiple other mainstream networks.

Attorney LaMarr’s leadership and advocacy has gone beyond the courtroom. LaMarr has engaged in private meetings with the President of the United States, Joe Biden, and Vice President, Kamala Harris, alongside his clients, to discuss social justice initiatives and reforms to move our country forward. LaMarr’s national recognition has also landed him as a featured speaker at the 2020 March on Washington, hosted by Rev. Al Sharpton, with over 75,000 attendees and aired before millions of viewers globally.

Attorney LaMarr is an active member of both the Texas and Wisconsin State Bar, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. LaMarr is a Howard University School of Law graduate and prides himself on following the late Charles Hamilton Houston on using his career to be a social engineer.

LaMarr currently serves as co-chair of the Police Brutality task force of the National Bar Association that represents a professional network of more than 60,000 lawyers, judges, educators, and law students.

LaMarr received early exposure to high-stakes civil litigation. He trained directly under his mentor, famed attorney, Willie E. Gary, where he learned how to develop, process, and litigate multi-million dollar cases  across the country. Attorney LaMarr has also been active in the community in his fight for equality amongst minorities, and serves as co-counsel with renowned civil rights attorney, Ben Crump.

During his tenure at Howard University School of Law, LaMarr served as a Teacher’s Assistant, and earned spots on both the Huver Brown Trial Advocacy Team and Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court Team where he won “Best Brief” at the Intramural Competition.

LaMarr was an early law school graduate and the first in his class to become a licensed attorney.  LaMarr has served as a guest lecturer at Thurgood Marshall Law School and Howard University School of Law, on panels dealing with  “Building a High End Civil Litigation Firm, hosted by Attorney James Carter .

LaMarr began his legal career as a legal intern at Davis Bozeman Law Firm in Atlanta, GA where he worked on various high-profile civil rights, criminal, and personal injury matters. LaMarr served on the trial team headed by Attorney Mawuli Davis, who successfully negotiated the dismissal of felony murder charges for a man who exercised self-defense after being viciously attacked by five men.

Community Involvement

Giving back to the community and investing in our youth is of the upmost importance to Attorney LaMarr, whom is an active mentor of a youth group organization named RED (Rehabilitation Enables Dreams) which assists troubled teens in restoring their lives from criminal offenses.
